The Blacktown Learning Community (BLC) STEAM Team initiative is a non-competitive, task-oriented program aimed at building teacher and student capacity around coding, robotics and the ACARA Digital Technologies syllabus.
In the 2019 the project will focus on designing the smart home using the micro:bit Smart Home Kit. We selected components commonly used at home such as TMP36 temperature sensor, sound sensor, crash sensor, servos, and motors. You can build projects like automatic windows, smart wardrobe and a smart fan.
Create yourself a smart home with programming to intelligently drive each component using the micro:bit.
